Product Manager - Consumer Durable Loans

IDFC FIRST Bank is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to oversee Consumer Durable Loans. This role involves in-depth analysis and strategic development across product management, process optimization, and market dynamics within the consumer durable lending sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management: Conduct continuous market research, identify emerging trends, analyze competitor offerings, and perform SWOT analyses to uncover new product opportunities.
• Portfolio Review and Performance Management: Develop market insights, execute post-launch product audits, monitor competitor actions, analyze product and portfolio performance, adjust marketing and promotional strategies, assess channel effectiveness, and rationalize portfolios.
• Customer Journey Enhancement: Design and implement seamless and innovative end-to-end customer journeys for loan products.
• Process Streamlining: Drive customization and digitalization of loan processes, systems, and related platforms.
• Sales Support: Develop and deliver training modules, coordinate with various support functions, and ensure smooth product operation by collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Reporting and Analysis: Maintain MIS and product decks for regular reviews and conduct frequent interactions with sales and other stakeholders to drive business projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Commerce.
• An MBA in Marketing or Finance from a reputable institution is desirable.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Banking, NBFC, or Service Industry.
