Full Job Description
Ola, a leading consumer platform in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a seasoned Product Manager with extensive Fintech and Payments experience. This pivotal role involves end-to-end ownership of payment journeys and the integration of financial products within our fast-paced consumer platform. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of building and scaling digital payment products.
What You'll Do
- Define and manage the product roadmap for Payments & Fintech initiatives.
- Enhance payment success rates and minimize transaction drop-offs.
- Spearhead integrations with payment gateways, UPI, digital wallets, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) services, and banking partners.
- Optimize reconciliation processes, settlements, refunds, and turnaround times (TAT).
- Collaborate closely with Risk, Fraud, Compliance, and Engineering teams.
- Monitor and refine key performance indicators (KPIs) including Gross Merchandise Volume (GMV), conversion rates, fraud rates, chargebacks, and transaction latency.
- Successfully launch and scale innovative fintech features, demonstrating tangible business impact.
What We're Looking For
- A minimum of 2-5 years of dedicated Product Management experience in the Fintech / Payments domain is mandatory.
- A deep understanding of UPI, Payment Gateways, Wallets, Settlements, and the Transaction Lifecycle.
- Familiarity with RBI compliance and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
- A strong, data-driven approach to product development; exposure to SQL and analytics tools is advantageous.
- Proven ability to excel in high-growth, cross-functional team environments.
