Product Manager

WorkOnGrid is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Product Manager to spearhead product initiatives from conception through to successful delivery. In this vital role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. Your responsibilities will encompass defining product requirements, meticulously prioritizing features, and ensuring the timely execution of product roadmaps. Responsibilities

• Formulate precise product requirements and translate overarching business needs into comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and detailed user stories.
• Partner effectively with Engineering and Design teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality features within established timelines.
• Strategically prioritize the product backlog, considering business impact, valuable customer feedback, and overarching strategic objectives.
• Conduct thorough user research to gather critical insights from both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Engage closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to gain a deep understanding of market demands and identify customer pain points.
• Monitor and analyze product performance using key metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Actively manage sprint planning, backlog grooming sessions, and product release cycles.
• Coordinate successful product launches and ensure smooth, efficient rollouts to the market.
• Continuously identify opportunities for product improvement and optimization.

Requirements

• Possess 2-3 years of professional experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrate a strong grasp of product lifecycle management principles and agile development methodologies.
• Proven experience in crafting PRDs, user stories, and defining acceptance criteria.
• Exhibit exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Possess a foundational understanding of APIs, system integrations, and web-based applications.
• Have practical experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Showcase strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
