Product Manager

Tekion seeks a Manager of Product Management to lead the CRM Product Team. In this role, you will own and evolve core CRM capabilities powering customer engagement and sales execution at scale within our Automotive Retail Cloud platform. You will partner with Engineering, Design, Data, GTM, and Customer Success teams to define strategy, drive adoption, and deliver measurable business impact in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

• Own Product Strategy: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of core CRM capabilities from discovery to launch. Define roadmaps aligned with company goals and customer needs.
• Drive Business Impact: Taking accountability for adoption, penetration, and customer satisfaction metrics while ensuring features translate into real dealer value.
• Customer-Centric Development: Serve as the voice of the dealership by understanding complex workflows like lead management and sales execution. Synthesize feedback from dealerships to inform decisions.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Define success metrics, prioritize investments based on usage data, and guide post-launch iterations.
• Cross-Functional Leadership:Lead initiatives across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Customer Success. Align stakeholders to ensure roadmap coherence.
• Mentorship: Manage Product Managers, set high standards for execution, and influence best practices within the team.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience owning customer-facing SaaS products with 2+ years managing product teams.
• MBA or Engineering degree from a top-tier institution.
• Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore teams is required.
• Demonstrated success in driving AI/ML product adoption within the automotive retail industry or dealing with OEM/dealer data.
