Product Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and user-centric Product Manager to join our expanding team at one of our portfolio companies. This role is crucial for building and scaling both mobile applications and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Leadership teams. The ideal candidate possesses strategic thinking, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating impactful digital products in a dynamic environment.

About the Role

This position focuses on overseeing the complete product lifecycle for both mobile apps and web products, from initial concept to launch and ongoing optimization. You will be instrumental in defining product features and improvements by gathering business requirements, understanding customer challenges, and analyzing user feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle for mobile applications and web platforms, from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, customer pain points, and user feedback to define product features and enhancements.
• Develop product roadmaps, Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and feature specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
• Coordinate app and web releases, manage sprint planning, prioritization, and track execution progress.
• Define product goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and success metrics, while continuously monitoring product performance and user engagement.
• Analyze user behavior, funnel drop-offs, and platform performance to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across both mobile and web platforms.
• Work with stakeholders to prioritize features based on business impact and technical feasibility.
• Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify innovation opportunities and product improvements.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of Product Management experience specifically in mobile app and web product development.
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar platforms.
• Understanding of user journeys, UX principles, APIs, and product scalability.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in startup environments, SaaS, ConsumerTech, HealthTech, FinTech, or AI-driven products.
• Technical understanding of app and web architecture is advantageous.
• Exposure to product analytics and growth metrics.
