Product Manager - App & Web Products in Bengaluru

2070Health is seeking a driven and user-focused Product Manager to join our dynamic team in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This full-time role is pivotal in building and scaling digital products across both mobile app and web platforms. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Business, and Leadership teams, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead the development of impactful digital products in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle for mobile applications and web platforms, from initial ideation through to launch and ongoing optimization.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, identify customer pain points, and incorporate user feedback to define and refine product features.
• Develop comprehensive product roadmaps, Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and detailed feature specifications.
• Collaborate effectively with Engineering, UI/UX, QA, and Business teams to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of products.
• Manage and coordinate app and web releases, including sprint planning, prioritization, and tracking execution progress.
• Define clear product goals, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and success metrics, continuously monitoring product performance and user engagement.
• Analyze user behavior, identify funnel drop-offs, and assess platform performance to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Ensure a consistent and seamless user experience across both mobile app and web platforms.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize features based on their business impact and technical feasibility.
• Conduct thorough competitor research and market analysis to uncover opportunities for innovation and product enhancement.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of dedicated Product Management experience in mobile app and web product development.
• A strong understanding of the product development lifecycle, agile methodologies, sprint planning, and roadmap execution.
• Proven experience working collaboratively with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, Firebase, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of user journeys, UX principles, APIs, and product scalability.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in startups, SaaS, ConsumerTech, HealthTech, FinTech, or with AI-driven products.
• Technical understanding of app and web architecture is a significant advantage.
• Exposure to product analytics and growth metrics would be beneficial.
