Airtel Payments Bank is seeking a Product Manager with a strong background in product analytics and hands-on data experience. In this critical role, you will shape the product roadmap by analyzing user behavior, monitoring product performance, and driving data-informed feature development. Your expertise in data extraction, exploration, and evaluation will be instrumental in identifying opportunities, making impactful product decisions, and delivering value to both users and the business. About the Role
Drive product vision and roadmap by synthesizing customer insights and market understanding with business objectives. Utilize data, product analytics, and SQL to monitor performance, identify areas for improvement, and continuously enhance the product experience. Conduct in-depth analyses of user behavior, engagement, and product usage, leveraging data to inform product strategy and prioritization. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success. Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to translate insights into product features, ensuring an optimal user experience. Design and evaluate experiments (e.g., A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and measure feature impact. Lead the development and launch of features from inception to rollout, with a strong emphasis on data-driven decision-making. Identify user journey friction points and optimization opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- 2-4 years of Product Management experience, ideally with a focus on analytics or data-intensive platforms.
- Robust analytical skills, with demonstrated experience working with large datasets, SQL, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Proven ability to effectively communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience in defining metrics, creating dashboards, and tracking product performance.
- A bias for action focused on achieving measurable outcomes.
- A passion for developing user-centric, data-informed products.
