About the Role

The Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) Software Developer is a full-time position based in Pune. This role focuses on designing and developing custom modules for PLM applications and managing integrations with ERP systems.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Analyzing business requirements
• Configuration and customization of PLM workflows, forms, and data models
• Writing clean and efficient code
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as manufacturing, engineering, and process improvement

Additional Duties:

The developer will troubleshoot system issues, optimize performance, support deployments, and contribute to documentation and best practices for ongoing product lifecycle processes.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in PLM platforms (configuration of systems, workflow design, BOM management, API usage).
• Solid software development skills including proficiency in Java, React, or Python; experience with APIs and version control systems.
• Knowledge of web and cloud technologies, RESTful APIs, and basic web services.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes is required.
• Analytical problem-solving skills to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Effective communication for close collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is preferred. Relevant PLM development experience is mandatory.
