About the Role

You will work within our Engineering team to interface with the Advantage+Elite (A+E) platform. Your key responsibilities include root cause analysis, proposing concepts for future monitoring development, and leading cross-discipline efforts to research niche market needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with the A+E monitoring center for deep-dive investigations beyond standard desk constraints.
• Apply lessons learned from resolution back into the program to develop predictive detection and alerting systems.
• Collaborate with field service, development engineering, and operations teams.
• Propose new opportunities to enhance monitoring technologies.

Qualifications:

• Engineering Degree or equivalent experience as an Engineering Technician.
• Data-driven systematic approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent knowledge of Systems technology, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic systems, controls, and injection molding processes.
• Ability to work independently while interacting effectively with customers across manufacturing, engineering, and service functions.

Tech Stack & Assets:

We value experience in Data-Driven AI development (model selection, feature engineering) and cloud-based IoT monitoring software such as MindSphere, PTC ThingWorx, Ignition, InfluxDB, or Watson. Experience with Husky equipment assembly, testing, service, and handling of machines/molds/robots is an asset.
