Product Engineer

Role Overview

Join our Engineering team to interface with the Advantage+Elite (A+E) platform, lead root cause analysis investigations beyond standard monitoring constraints, and develop predictive detection strategies for future alerting systems. You will collaborate across field service, development engineering, and operations teams to create solutions serving niche markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct deep dive investigations with the A+E monitoring center to resolve root causes efficiently.
• Apply lessons learned from resolution efforts back into the monitoring program for enhanced predictive capabilities.
• Lead cross-disciplinary research on niche market needs and develop value-based alert strategies.
• Propose new opportunities to enhance monitoring technologies through innovative concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience as an engineering technician.
• Data-driven, systematic approach to complex troubleshooting scenarios.
• Proficiency with emerging and evolving technological stacks.
• Strong knowledge of systems technology alongside mechanical, electrical, hydraulic controls, injection molding processes, and automation.
• Excellent organizational skills enabling independent work while maintaining professional interactions with customers.
• Ability to bridge functions across manufacturing, engineering, and service operations.

Tech Stack

Gain experience configuring cloud-based IoT monitoring software including MindSphere, PTC ThingWorx, Ignition, InfluxDB, or Watson. Familiarity with Husky equipment assembly, testing, robotics, and mold handling is a strong asset.
