Job Summary

PYXIDIA TECHLAB in Pune, India, is seeking a skilled Product Engineer with 2-8 years of experience to join their innovative RCM department. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to developing scalable and high-quality software solutions for our clients in Pune and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions to enhance software performance and functionality for our products.
• Software Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework.
• Data Structures: Implement and optimize data structures to ensure application efficiency and reliability in our software solutions.
• Cloud Technologies: Utilize basic AWS services for deploying and managing applications in a cloud environment, supporting our cloud-native strategies.
• Database Management: Work with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL for effective data storage, retrieval, and management within our product ecosystem.
• Version Control: Use Git with Bitbucket for version control, ensuring smooth collaboration and code management within the development team.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide technical guidance during project development, contributing to the success of our engineering initiatives.

Required Skills

• Strong problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Proficiency in Java and extensive experience with the Spring Boot framework.
• Basic knowledge of AWS services and their integration into software development pipelines.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL for comprehensive database management.
• Familiarity with Git and Bitbucket for source code management and collaborative development.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Kafka for messaging and data streaming applications.
• Knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-8 years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.
