Product Education Manager

Entrata, a global leader in AI-driven property management technology, is seeking a passionate Product Education Manager to join their team in the United States. This role is crucial for onboarding new customers and providing ongoing education to enhance the end-user experience. You will be responsible for developing and delivering engaging training programs that foster customer advocacy and product mastery. The ideal candidate will establish themselves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all Entrata products and services, effectively conveying complex technical information to diverse audiences. Key responsibilities include creating and implementing custom training solutions, delivering instructor-led classroom and virtual training, and coordinating/delivering training at Entrata's annual conferences to large audiences. This position requires independent management of curriculum development and training delivery, with up to 50% domestic and potential international travel. You'll work towards ambitious goals and KPIs, demonstrating strong self-drive and excellent time management. A high level of emotional intelligence is expected to identify client and coworker challenges and promote positive communication.
