About the Team

The Finacle Product Engineering team develops world-class banking platforms designed for scalability, reliability, security, and high throughput. Engineers work on sophisticated frameworks, distributed architectures, APIs, databases, and performance-critical components that power core banking operations globally.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, reusable enterprise software frameworks.
• Develop high-quality code adhering to industry best practices.
• Participate in architecture discussions and design reviews.
• Independently own development tasks from testing to delivery.
• Solve complex technical challenges with innovative solutions.

What We're Looking For

We need engineers with strong C/C++ expertise, solid OOPs knowledge, proficiency in Linux/Unix, and experience with Data Structures & Algorithms. You should be familiar with Design Patterns, RDBMS concepts, Agile methodologies, and SDLC.

• Must have hands-on experience: C++, STL, Debugging Tools (Core Dump Analysis), Build Processes.
• Familiarity with API Development, QA Practices, Database Systems, Socket Programming is a plus.

Skills

Scripting in Python/Bash/Shell and the ability to perform effort estimation are essential. Roles available in Pune and Chennai (2-3.6 Years Experience).
