About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineering Leader – Messaging & Communication Platforms with deep expertise in enterprise messaging ecosystems (SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, Chatbots) to drive solution architecture, customer engagement, and platform delivery.

Role Summary

• This role requires strong hands-on engineering capability combined with domain-driven solutioning, with an increasing focus on AI-powered conversational platforms.

Core Responsibilities (Common Across All Environments)

1. Architecture & Full Stack Development: Design scalable, high-availability platforms using Java (Spring Boot), Node.js, and React.js. Build microservices-based architectures and REST APIs for messaging platforms ensuring performance, scalability, and fault tolerance in high-throughput systems.
2. Messaging Domain Implementation: Deliver solutions across SMS (A2P, routing, DLR management), WhatsApp Business API integrations, RCS Business Messaging, Chatbot frameworks & conversational journeys. Handle message orchestration, failover, routing logic, and analytics.
3. DevOps & Engineering Excellence: Implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins / GitHub Actions. Manage repositories via Git/GitHub/GitLab. Enable automated testing, release governance, and monitoring.
4. Customer-Facing Solutioning: Engage with enterprise customers for requirement gathering and solution design. Lead demos, POCs, and technical workshops to translate business use cases into scalable technical solutions.
5. AI & Automation: Integrate AI/GenAI capabilities including Conversational AI (chatbots), Personalization engines, Automation workflows, NLP models, and LLM integrations.
6. Leadership: Mentor engineering teams to drive delivery excellence. Conduct design reviews and enforce best practices.

Environment-Specific Tailoring

• CPaaS Provider Focus: Multi-tenant, API-first messaging platforms; Developer-friendly integrations and SDKs; High-scale throughput and low latency.
• Enterprise IT Focus: Business workflow integration (CRM/ERP), Customer engagement platforms, Internal automation and CX transformation.
• Telco Environment Focus: Carrier-grade infrastructure, Network-level integrations using SMPP/HTTP APIs; Regulatory compliance (DLT frameworks) and delivery assurance.
