Position Summary: Panacea Financial is seeking a Product Designer to help create intuitive, user-centered experiences across its digital ecosystem for healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end design process from discovery and concept development through implementation.
- Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity designs (Figma), and interactive prototypes.
- Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into effective solutions for financial products like lending and banking apps.
- Simplify complex workflows using qualitative and quantitative insights.
- Evolving our design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and leverage AI tools (e.g., Claude) for accelerated prototyping and experimentation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years designing digital products (web/mobile).Show a strong portfolio demonstrating UX thinking, visual design craft, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma with component-based design experience.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously within cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design, accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and usability principles.
Bonus Points:
- Fintech or financial services experience.
- Experience in startups or small product teams.
- Familiarity with the medical/healthcare space.
- Knowledge of Miro and AI design tools like Claude.
