Product Designer

About the Role

SaaS Labs is seeking a UX-centric Product Designer to join their team in Noida, India. This position is ideal for someone who excels in the B2B space, transforming complex challenges into simple, impactful user experiences. The core of this role is empowering users to shape, configure, and evolve their own workflows and frameworks seamlessly. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to design systems that are both intuitive and adaptable, structured yet flexible.

Responsibilities

• Lead the complete product design lifecycle: from initial research and ideation through prototyping, testing, and iterative refinement.
• Translate intricate, business-critical multi-step workflows into user-friendly and modular interface designs.
• Develop frameworks and interaction models that enable users to independently create, modify, and personalize workflows according to their specific needs.
• Conduct in-depth user research, including interviews, journey mapping, and usability studies, to identify genuine user requirements and validate design solutions.
• Partner effectively with Product Managers and Engineers to define project scope, manage trade-offs, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Contribute to the creation and scaling of a design system that supports the adaptable evolution of the product.
• Champion user-centric design principles throughout the organization, ensuring all product decisions are driven by user outcomes.

Requirements

• Possess 2 to 6 years of dedicated UX design experience, with a preference for B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or products involving complex workflows.
• Present a strong portfolio showcasing case studies that demonstrate problem-solving for real user challenges, particularly those involving configurable or flexible workflows.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to transform complex requirements into modular, user-adaptable experiences.
• Exhibit expertise in user research methodologies, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative design practices.
• Be proficient in modern design tools such as Figma or equivalent.
• Possess excellent communication skills, enabling clear articulation of design rationale to diverse stakeholders, including engineers and executives.
• Experience in designing workflow automation, AI-driven tools, or productivity platforms is considered a plus.
