Role Overview:

We are seeking a talented Product Designer for our Master app—a premier skill-first learning platform designed to help users develop real-world capabilities through structured education. This role involves shaping the visual identity, feel, and communication of the product across all touchpoints.

Your Responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with product, content, and growth teams to define user experiences for the Master App.
• Gaining deep insights into user and creator behavior within short-form video, live streaming, and interactive social environments.
• Designing complete user journeys, including experience maps, storyboards, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Crafting intuitive flows that span content discovery, creator tools, engagement loops, and monetization strategies.
• Maintaining a seamless and consistent experience across the Master app and the broader Eloelo ecosystem.
• Planning and executing usability testing to validate concepts and drive continuous product improvement.
• Contributing to scalable design systems and interaction patterns for evolving features.

Your Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of professional experience in UX/Interaction Design with a strong foundation in human-centered design principles.
• A portfolio showcasing end-to-end design thinking, demonstrating work from research through to shipped experiences (with preference given to content, social, or creator platforms).
• The ability to distill complex product challenges into intuitive and user-friendly solutions.
• Expert knowledge of information architecture specifically for content-heavy and social media platforms.
• Adeptness at clearly articulating design decisions supported by user insights and data analysis.
• Technical proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD for wireframing and prototyping.
• Familiarity with working within agile, fast-paced product development environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to thrive across cross-functional teams.
• A mindset of high ownership, initiative, and the ability to take products from concept through to successful launch.
