Product Design Lead

This is an on-site Product Design Lead position based in Gurugram, Haryana, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience. Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality, scalable designs for web and mobile applications.
• Utilize advanced Figma skills, including components and auto-layout, for efficient prototyping.
• Establish and maintain design systems to ensure product consistency and efficiency.
• Ensure design solutions effectively meet business goals and user needs for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business teams to align design objectives with company strategy.
• Translate complex business requirements into seamless user experiences focused on conversion and engagement.
• Partner with leadership to define the design roadmap and contribute to overall product strategy.
• Leverage data-driven insights and user research to refine and optimize design decisions.
• Advocate for user-centric design while balancing business metrics and objectives.
• Develop growth-focused design strategies to enhance user retention, engagement, and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing design culture.
