Recruiterflow is seeking multiple Product Consultants to provide expert technical assistance to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for resolving technical issues related to our AI-first operating system, offering effective solutions and guiding users through our platform's features and functionalities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build client trust, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience with help desk software is highly advantageous.
Your contributions will be crucial in enhancing our reputation by delivering exceptional customer consultation and support throughout the entire customer journey, from initial sales engagement to post-sales success. This is a hybrid role based in Delhi, Noida, Gurugram, or Bengaluru, requiring flexibility for rotational day and night shifts to support a global client base across various time zones.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for customers, offering friendly and efficient consultation and support.
- Empower clients to excel by clearly explaining platform functionality and tools.
- Investigate and troubleshoot both internal and customer-reported issues, providing timely follow-ups.
- Utilize various software and tools to meticulously track and manage customer interactions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure a seamless and consistent client experience.
- Engage with existing international clients via phone, email, chat, and web meetings, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Support assigned time zones due to the global nature of this role.
- Acquire, document, and share knowledge regarding encountered scenarios, coaching team members to proactively avoid roadblocks and developing supporting educational materials.
- Continuously enhance your expertise through internal and external learning channels, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and industry trends.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in customer consultation and support roles.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent customer servicing skills, focused on building and maintaining strong client relationships, facilitating platform understanding, and providing insights for business growth.
- An analytical mindset with proficiency in data handling using MS Excel, internal software, and desktop applications, along with a keen ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- The ability to maintain composure and effectiveness under pressure.
- A fast learner with a solid technical aptitude.
- Prior experience with ticketing systems such as Zendesk, Zoho Desk, or Intercom is preferred.
- Experience with Jira and Looker is considered a plus.
