Product Builder

Role:

We are looking for a Product Builder based in Gurgaon, India, to work alongside our US dealer teams. You will own end-to-end responsibility for specific accounts: diagnosing issues reported by dealerships (GMs, Service Managers), designing the technical solution, writing the code yourself using AI tools, and verifying that your fix improves their business metrics.

Your Mission:

• Own Accounts End-to-End: You are the direct point of contact for dealers with problems. When a call volume drops or appointments aren't booking, you dive into logs, identify whether it's an agent prompt issue or workflow gap, and build the fix.
• Ship Fast:
  We believe in moving fast to keep customers happy. You will write specs, configure agents, integrate with CRMs/DMS platforms, and ship production-ready changes within days of hearing a problem—not weeks later like traditional teams.

About the Role Requirements:

• You are an engineer first (1-3 years experience) who has shipped code before.
• Fluent in Python or TypeScript, comfortable navigating complex codebases immediately.
• Familiar with building AI agents: prompts, tool calls, evaluations, and conversational flows.
