About the Program

The Eptura Apprenticeship Program offers recent graduates and early-career professionals meaningful, hands-on experience within a global SaaS organization over a 12-month period. Participants receive mentoring, structured learning, and exposure to commercial operations.

Eligibility Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed within the past two years OR currently in the final year of studies
• No more than two years of professional work experience
• Legally eligible to participate in an apprenticeship program in India

Role Overview

As a Product Associate based in Gurugram, you will collaborate with our engineering team to shepherd product enhancements and customer issues through the AI Development Lifecycle (AIDLC). You will connect product priorities with execution on Jira kanban boards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the Jira kanban board for clarity and prioritization
• Triage incoming enhancement requests and defects, gathering necessary context
• Use AI to write user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications
• Coordinate with engineers to track progress and resolve blockers
• Participate in requirement-gathering conversations and capture key decisions
• Support basic testing activities by reviewing work against acceptance criteria

About You:

We seek a motivated self-starter who wants to build a career in product or technology. Essential skills include strong English communication, high attention to detail, comfort with structured processes, and curiosity about software development.

AI & Tech Requirements:

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira experience is a plus)
• Ability to assess AI outputs and recommend improvements
• Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, automation workflows, and responsible AI principles
• Demonstrable ability to build an AI agent or use AI for productivity gains
