About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Product Analyst to support the growth and performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand websites and other digital transformation projects for brands including Kaya, Beardo, Just Herbs, True Elements, and Plix. This role involves enhancing user experience, managing website features and backlogs, collaborating across teams, gathering requirements from business teams, ensuring execution via technical vendors, and generating insights that drive business outcomes. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a basic technical understanding, and excellent cross-functional communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Website Enhancements & Updates
- Support the planning and execution of website feature updates and improvements.
- Align content and UX updates with Marketing and Brand requirements.
Backlog & User Stories
- Create and prioritize user stories for website features and IT operations on Asana.
- Support sprint planning and product delivery in collaboration with the Product Manager.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with development, design, marketing, and IT teams to execute website and IT projects.
- Coordinate with IT for uptime monitoring, security, and performance management.
Data Analytics & Insights
- Track and analyze website metrics, including traffic, funnels, and conversions.
- Assist with A/B testing initiatives and provide recommendations for improvements based on data insights.
IT Operations Support
- Monitor hosting, server health, and security updates.
- Troubleshoot minor IT issues impacting website performance.
Quality Assurance
- Conduct functional and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements.
- Log and track bugs to ensure high-quality product releases.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain updated product documentation, specifications, and release notes.
- Share regular reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and project progress with stakeholders.
Key Competencies
- Product lifecycle understanding and backlog management.
- Basic technical knowledge of web systems and CMS platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of website metrics.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in product analysis, e-commerce, or digital roles.
- Experience in DTC/e-commerce and an MBA are considered strong advantages.
