Product Analyst

Stader Labs, in its capacity as Kernel, is seeking a Product Analyst to join its dynamic team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. This role is crucial for driving data-driven growth and strategy within the burgeoning DeFi and restaking landscape. The Product Analyst will be responsible for the management and analysis of operational and financial data to uncover key trends, provide actionable insights, and support critical decision-making processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and Python is highly desirable. The role also involves significant cross-functional collaboration, requiring the ability to gather, understand, and document business requirements, and communicate complex information clearly and concisely. A key responsibility will be conducting detailed analyses of DeFi product trends and growth drivers, assisting leadership in formulating launch strategies for various chains, and setting up and monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Stader Labs on each chain. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in formulating and executing data-driven growth strategies to expand product penetration across different blockchain networks.
