Product Analyst

About the Role

Uni Cards, a pioneering fintech firm in Bengaluru, India, is seeking a talented Product Analyst to join our dynamic team. If you are passionate about leveraging data to uncover insights and drive impactful product decisions, this is the opportunity for you. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to enhance user experience, optimize features, and contribute to shaping the product roadmap with data-driven recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, and Design to understand business objectives and product goals.
• Analyze product performance, user journeys, funnels, and feature adoption metrics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and automated reports to monitor key product KPIs.
• Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
• Support A/B testing initiatives by setting up experiments, defining metrics, and interpreting results.
• Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for product enhancements.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data in all reporting.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in product analytics.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar analytical role.
• Graduate from a Tier 1 college.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Strong understanding of key product metrics (retention, activation, conversion, engagement) and user behavior analysis.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data insights effectively.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive, curious mindset.
