Product Analyst

As a Product Analyst at Vested Finance in Gift City, Gandhinagar, you will be instrumental in driving data-informed decisions across product, growth, operations, and business teams. This permanent, full-time role offers significant exposure to fintech analytics within a dynamic environment where data directly shapes strategic initiatives. You will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and reporting on data, as well as developing dashboards to uncover actionable insights that enhance business performance and user experience. Ideal candidates will possess 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, a strong command of SQL, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, and familiarity with data visualization tools such as Metabase, Tableau, or similar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage SQL to extract, transform, and analyze data from various sources.
• Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends, patterns, and valuable business insights.
• Maintain high data quality and consistency in all reports.
• Build and manage dashboards using tools like Metabase, Tableau, or equivalent.
• Develop and maintain recurring reports tracking critical business metrics.
• Enhance the clarity and usability of data visualizations for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, operations, and business teams to fulfill data requests.
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical frameworks.
• Provide support for ad-hoc analyses and business investigations.
• Streamline reporting workflows through automation and improved data structures.
• Assist in documenting analytics processes and enhancing data accessibility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or analytical field (B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc., B.Com, or equivalent).
• 2-4 years of professional experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL is essential.
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Metabase).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior exposure to financial markets or personal investing.
• Experience with analytics platforms like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or Segment.
• Basic understanding of Python or R for data analysis.
