Production Operations Engineer 4 – P4 (ProdOps / SRE)

We are seeking a hands-on Production Operations Engineer to support and stabilize our large-scale production systems. This role focuses on incident management, monitoring, site reliability engineering, and customer-facing communications within a dynamic 24/7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage Critical and High production incidents end-to-end, including SWARM / Tech Bridge calls.
• Improve MTTR, MTTA, alert quality, and operational stability through proactive detection.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Automate operational tasks using Go, Python, Shell, or Perl to reduce toil.
• Maintain dashboards, alerts, runbooks, SOPs, and disaster recovery processes.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Product, CloudOps, and Support teams during incidents.
• Act as a technical reviewer for reliability-critical changes and influence architecture decisions.

Leadership & Mentorship

You will provide technical leadership to ProdOps engineers, guide shift teams during complex situations, support onboarding/upskilling, and drive operational maturity across the team.
