Role: Procurement Specialist
Location: Remote
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Procurement Specialist to oversee Joveo's vendor relationships, purchasing processes, and supply chain efficiency. Your primary goal will be to maximize value from our global supplier ecosystem, balancing cost, quality, risk, and speed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full procurement lifecycle, from vendor selection to contract finalization.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers and service providers.
- Develop and maintain a robust vendor management framework, including performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with finance, legal, and various business units on procurement requirements.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure purchasing activities remain within budget.
- Maintain compliance with internal procurement policies and relevant regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in procurement, preferably within a technology or services sector.
- Expertise in negotiation and managing supplier contracts.
- Familiarity with procurement software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
- Solid understanding of fundamental contract law and vendor risk management principles.
- Strong analytical abilities to assess vendor proposals and total cost of ownership.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent procurement projects.
