Procurement Analyst

ASRC Federal, a leader in government contracting for defense, civil, and intelligence sectors, is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join our team in the United States. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and efficient acquisition of materials and services to meet program demands. The Procurement Analyst will oversee procurement planning, vendor coordination, inventory management of Government-Furnished Equipment (GFE) and Buyer-Furnished Equipment (BFE), and delivery scheduling. Key responsibilities include managing all procurement and sourcing for RSR site implementations, purchasing ancillary equipment and services for site preparation, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors for on-time delivery, liaising with logistics teams for radar component delivery, and tracking GFE/BFE inventory. The ideal candidate will ensure procurement actions align with program schedules, support rapid deployment, evaluate vendor performance, manage rental equipment coordination, maintain procurement logs, and collaborate with engineering, installation teams, and program controls. This position also involves supporting contract compliance and contributing to procurement strategies that enhance efficiency, cost control, and schedule reliability. The role is a full-time, remote position.
