Procurement Analyst

Visy seeks a Procurement Analyst – Master Data to maintain accurate and reliable procurement master data across SAP, Coupa, and related systems. This role supports critical procurement, supply chain, and manufacturing operations by creating, updating, and governing material and purchasing data.

Key Responsibilities

• Master Data Management:Create, maintain, and update relevant master data (materials, production, purchasing records) within SAP and Coupa. Support supplier onboarding per approved processes. Manage master data changes and mass updates aligned with service levels.
• Data Quality & Governance:Maintain accurate, consistent, and compliant master data across procurement systems. Identify and resolve duplicate or obsolete records through data cleansing. Apply strict governance requirements and controls to all activities.
• Business Support:Partner with Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations, and NPD teams for new product introductions. Provide expertise on data processes and monitor workflows impacting material/supplier master data.
• Systems & Improvement:Maintain system integrity across SAP/Coupa. Investigate data issues with IT/business teams. Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
