Processor/Associate Processor

Join Mphasis in Bangalore as a Processor or Associate Processor, contributing to our dynamic team. This role requires working in US shifts with provided two-way transportation within a certain radius.

We are seeking candidates with 2 to 5 years of experience in the mortgage origination process (L2/L3 preferred). Prior experience and knowledge of the US mortgage domain or the banking domain, including loan processing or document processing, are highly valued. Successful candidates will demonstrate an ability to follow complex processes, maintain accurate notation and documentation, possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong written and verbal communication abilities. The role demands the capacity to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, proficiency in Microsoft Office and mortgage loan origination systems, a detail-oriented approach with a high level of accuracy, and the flexibility to work US business hours.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the processing of originations, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and validate incoming data for accuracy and completeness prior to processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processing workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues that arise during the processing phase.
• Maintain meticulous records of all processing activities and generate reports as required.
• Provide training and support to junior team members on best practices and processing procedures.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes impacting processing operations.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong knowledge and practical experience in Originations - Processor roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and validation techniques.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

• Familiarity with relevant processing software and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Certification in processing or related areas is considered an advantage.
