Process Developer

As a Process Developer in Credit Control for Allianz Partners, you will be instrumental in managing debt collection and ensuring accurate, efficient credit control services. This role involves close collaboration with the Finance, Sales, and CRM teams, and requires cultivating strong client relationships to maintain smooth account operations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring timely payment receipts, processing incoming funds, reconciling invoices, and resolving account queries.

• Proactively manage and collect debts from company debtors.
• Evaluate new credit requests and modify credit terms within the system.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email.
• Process and reconcile invoices and accounts.
• Allocate and check receipts.
• Prepare financial statements.
• Notify debtors of outstanding invoices through email or telephone.
• Establish and maintain regular communication with clients to facilitate periodic payments.
