Principal Statistical Programmer

Rabi Solutions is seeking an experienced RWE SAS Programmer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Real World Evidence (RWE) / Real World Data (RWD) programming. This is a remote position with an experience requirement of 6-12 years.

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled SAS Programmer with a strong background in RWE/RWD to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be adept at working with large real-world datasets and transforming them into actionable analytical insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, validate, and maintain SAS programs for RWE studies utilizing real-world data sources such as claims, EHR, and patient registries.
• Work with Common Data Models (CDM/OMOP) and Clinical Data Repositories (CDR) for data standardization and extraction.
• Collaborate closely with biostatisticians, epidemiologists, and medical teams to support study design and analysis.
• Ensure data quality, integrity, and adherence to project timelines.
• Prepare and review analysis datasets, tables, listings, and figures (TLFs).

Must-Have Skills:

• Extensive hands-on SAS programming experience, including Base SAS, SAS Macro, and PROC SQL.
• Prior experience in RWE/RWD projects.
• Exposure to CDM, CDR, or OMOP data structures.
• Familiarity with real-world data sources, including claims, EHR/EMR, and registries.
