Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead (Principal Software Engineer) with proven experience building enterprise-grade SaaS products. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, experience designing scalable multi-tenant platforms, and the ability to lead development teams while actively coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Led architecture, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade SaaS platforms.
- Built robust, secure systems supporting multiple customers with role-based access controls.
- Led backend development, API design, database architecture, and third-party integrations.
- Established engineering standards for code quality, testing, deployment, and documentation.
- Mentored developers, conducted code reviews, and ensured high-quality delivery.
- Managed CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and production incident management.
- Collaborated with founders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills
6–10 years of hands-on software development experience. Strong proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Django). Expertise in system design, distributed systems, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture. Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, CI/CD, and security practices.
Preferred Qualifications
- Taking a product from MVP to production-ready platform.
- Experience designing subscription management and billing features.
- Working in startups or fast-paced environments.
