Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Software Consultant to lead the technical design, architecture, and security of key ARO components for our platform based out of Noida (Hybrid model).

Your Missions - Role & Responsibilities:

• Architecture Ownership: Own the technical design and architecture of key ARO components, ensuring scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
• Security Leadership: Lead identification, triage, and remediation of security vulnerabilities across application code, dependencies, and infrastructure (CVEs via SCA/SAST/DAST).
• Secure Coding Standards: Define and drive secure coding standards, patching cadence, risk prioritization, and dependency upgrade strategies.
• Security & Compliance: Partner with security teams to address audit findings and penetration test results within agreed SLAs.

Technical Core Responsibilities:

• Messaging Services: Design, build, and evolve JMS-based messaging services handling transactional financial data.
• Databases & Performance: Work with the transactional database layer (Oracle/PostgreSQL), optimizing schemas and queries for high-volume workloads.
• AWS Cloud: Design and deploy secure, scalable services on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS/EKS).
