Principal Software Architect

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Principal Software Architect (React, Node.js, TypeScript) for our remote team in the United States. This full-time role will lead the design and evolution of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise architecture, technical standards, best practices, and architectural governance.
• Lead the architecture and design of cloud-native, distributed systems using React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Mentor engineers to support technology decision-making and foster team growth.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and build proof-of-concepts for business stakeholders.
• Ensure application scalability, security, reliability, and performance optimization.
• Champion CI/CD, TDD, automated testing, Jest, DevOps practices, Kafka, Redis, GraphQL, REST APIs, MongoDB, SQL, AWS, Azure/GCP integration.
