Principal Program Manager

SoTechTalent is seeking a customer-centric Principal Program Manager to lead critical global Data Center Infrastructure and Rack Integration initiatives. This pivotal role demands expertise in managing large-scale, complex programs, fostering collaboration among international teams, and ensuring the highest technical standards throughout all phases of infrastructure delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for major enterprise and cloud customers.
• Direct the complete lifecycle delivery of Modular Data Center solutions and integrated rack systems.
• Drive the design, planning, assembly, testing, and global deployment of infrastructure programs.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including engineering, logistics, procurement, production, and support.
• Uphold technical excellence in design, build, and validation stages.
• Promote operational efficiency, proactively manage risks, and champion continuous improvement.
• Effectively manage global schedules, resources, dependencies, and milestone execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 12–15 years of progressive program management experience in data centers, rack integration, or cloud infrastructure.
• Demonstrated success in leading large, global, customer-facing programs.
• In-depth expertise in modular data centers, rack-level integration, and cloud infrastructure.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree.
• PMP or equivalent professional certification.
