About this role:

You will join a new engineering team building the platform for Agentic Service Engineering on OCI. This system helps teams understand services, automate repeatable work, and safely evolve production software with AI using service context, code, knowledge, workflows, testing, and guardrails.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead cross-team evolution of middleware patterns to standardize interoperability at scale.
• Define versioning and rollout strategies that minimize downstream breaks.
• Drive shared observability baselines (SLOs) and resilience patterns across services.

You will own substantial technical components end-to-end, make sound architecture decisions, and partner with service teams to turn manual work into reusable platform capabilities. The role involves designing software solutions for agent orchestration, developer workflows, evaluation, and production-grade safety controls while providing mentorship to junior engineers.
