What You'll Be Doing

• Plan and deliver defined software projects with minimal guidance while collaborating across functions including schedules, dependencies, and coordination with development and support teams.
• Design, architect, develop, test, and maintain scalable .NET applications, APIs, and microservices tailored for clinical environments.
• Implement integrations using REST APIs, WebSockets, SignalR, and real-time voice communication technologies such as VoIP and SIP.
• Apply HIPAA-aligned security practices for data handling, authentication, messaging, and notifications in a regulated environment.
• Develop clean, maintainable code to solve complex technical problems related to latency, connectivity, and device compatibility.
• Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement within our collaborative culture of courage, trust, and teamwork.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 12+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in .NET, C#, Web APIs, microservices, Kubernetes, SQL Server, and cloud platforms like Azure or AWS.
• Deep understanding of database design and development for relational systems.
• Experience building secure communication applications including clinical messaging, alerting, and voice gateway integrations using WebRTC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to align technical solutions with business objectives.
