As a Principal Engineer in our water business, you will deliver efficient, resilient, future-ready water supply and wastewater conveyance systems supporting urban growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for design and planning of large-scale water supply and wastewater networks.
• Lead development of hydraulic models (steady state and extended period simulations) for major infrastructure projects.
• Oversee master planning, demand forecasting, load assessment, land-use analysis, and system capacity evaluations.
• Drive network optioneering to ensure cost-effective solutions while maintaining sustainability standards.
• Lead Capital investment plans, phasing strategies, and implementation roadmaps for expansion/upgrades.
• Review engineering deliverables including pipeline sizing, hydraulic calculations, controls design, pumping systems (curves, selection), and rising mains integration.
• Ensure seamless integration with treatment plants, reservoirs, and pump stations.
• Perform technical QA/QC reviews of models, reports, drawings for Design-Build and EPC projects.
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams (process, mechanical, civil, electrical, BIM) to ensure aligned delivery.
• Mentor engineers and promote adoption of digital tools, modelling best practices, and data-driven workflows.

Key Requirements

We are seeking qualified professionals based in Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad Area who can relocate from overseas if exceptional. Note: Relocation support may be provided for candidates with extensive experience delivering Design-Build water infrastructure projects.
