Senior Technical Lead (Multimedia / Camera)

About the Role:We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead with deep expertise in Linux kernel driver development to drive innovation within our Engineering Group. This role is based in Greater Hyderabad and involves shaping the future of camera technology.

• Deliver strong hands-on experience in Linux kernel driver development, demonstrating mastery of kernel internals and device drivers for multimedia systems.
• Maintain a proven track record of upstreaming contributions to open-source communities, specifically within camera and multimedia subsystems like V4L2, Media Controller, and libcamera.
• Own features end-to-end across the full product lifecycle—from pre-silicon enablement and bring-up through commercialization—leveraging strong domain knowledge in cameras.
• Serve as a technical lead driving architecture and design decisions for complex multimedia systems within IoT segments.
• Lead, mentor, and guide engineering teams of 10+ members with strategic task planning, rigorous technical guidance, and comprehensive design reviews.
• Collaborate directly with customers to understand requirements, debug critical issues under pressure, and drive solutions to successful closure.
