Benovymed Healthcare is seeking passionate and experienced Data Scientists with an entrepreneurial mindset to join their AI Health Startup in Noida, Gurugram, or Delhi / NCR. This is a hardcore, full-stack, end-to-end role for individuals with proven experience in applied AI, ML, Deep Learning, ANN, and CNN platforms, preferably within the healthcare tech startup sector. The ideal candidate will have full end-to-end ownership of data science commitments and experience working either as a solo contributor or within a small data science team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop algorithms for statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling.
• Communicate findings effectively, both orally and visually.
• Understand product development lifecycles and ethical responsibilities related to data privacy.
• Investigate and solve complex problems by going beneath the surface.
• Demonstrate confidence and self-security in dealing with ambiguous situations.
• Develop and implement algorithms and coding programs for Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and AI conversational chatbots.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling.
• Strong communication and visualization skills.
• Understanding of product development and data privacy ethics.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Confidence and self-assurance in uncertain environments.
• Expertise in Artificial Neural Network (ANN), AI conversational Chatbot, algorithm development, and programming.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Tensor Flow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), Numpy, and Pytorch.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Hypothesis Testing.
• Capabilities in data cleaning, formatting, database querying, statistical analysis, AI data modeling, model validation, and deployment.
• Experience in developing or programming databases.
• Good understanding of design and architecture principles.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Maths & Computing, Statistics, BioTech, BioStat, or Clinical Engineering with a specialization in Data Science / Machine Learning from a top-rated Tech University, IIT, or IIIT.

Mandatory Requirements:

• 0 to 7 years of strong, exclusive industry experience in real projects focused on applied AI/ML & Deep Learning Data Science.
• Experience in an early-stage AI Health startup in a single-handed full-stack role (Principal Data Scientist / Sr. Data Scientist).
• Hardcore experience in ANN / Deep Learning / Machine Learning / NLP with at least 2-20 applied AI-oriented research projects and applications.
• Hands-on experience working with ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning in digital health startups to solve specific complex problems.
