Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement statistical, mathematical, and predictive models to drive business strategy and uncover critical insights.
• Effectively communicate complex findings and solutions through oral and visual presentations.
• Understand product development lifecycles and uphold ethical responsibilities, particularly concerning consumer data privacy.
• Demonstrate a deep curiosity to explore problems beyond the surface level.
• Exhibit confidence and self-assurance when navigating uncertain and complex situations.
• Leverage strong knowledge and experience in Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), AI conversational chatbots, and algorithm development.

Required Skillsets:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), NumPy, and PyTorch.
• Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Hypothesis Testing.
• Experience in data cleaning, formatting, querying databases, performing statistical analysis, building and validating AI models, and deploying AI solutions.
• Familiarity with database development and programming.
• Solid understanding of design and architecture principles.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering (CSE), Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Maths & Computing, Statistics, Biotechnology, Biostatistics, or Clinical Engineering with a specialization in Data Science or Machine Learning from a top-rated tech university, IIT, or IIIT.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 7 years of dedicated industry experience in applied AI, ML, and Deep Learning Data Science within an early-stage AI Health startup. This experience should be exclusive to real-world projects and at the designation of a Principal Data Scientist, Sr. Data Scientist, or Data Scientist.
• Core Expertise: Proven hardcore experience in ANN, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP, demonstrated through at least 2-20 impactful applied AI-oriented research projects and applications. This includes extensive experience working with ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning frameworks within digital health startups to address complex, specific challenges.
