Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited, a global tech AI health startup, is seeking passionate and entrepreneurial individuals for its Delhi NCR-based Global Technology Development and Innovation Center and Global R&D, and AI Health Innovation Center.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join us immediately as hardcore full-stack Data Scientists. This is a single-handed, multi-hat role requiring end-to-end ownership of data science projects. Ideal candidates will have experience in applied AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, ANN, and CNN platforms, preferably within a reputable AI Data Science-driven tech startup, especially in the healthcare sector.

Responsibilities:

• Apply statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling skills to build algorithms, ask critical questions, and derive insightful answers.
• Effectively communicate findings, both orally and visually.
• Understand product development lifecycles and maintain ethical responsibilities, particularly concerning consumer privacy in big data applications.
• Demonstrate a natural curiosity to explore problems in depth.
• Exhibit confidence and self-assurance when navigating uncertain situations.
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in Artificial Neural Networks (ANNs), AI conversational chatbots, and the ability to write necessary algorithms and code.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), NumPy, and PyTorch is preferred.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, conceptual modeling, statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and hypothesis testing is essential.
• Capabilities should include data cleaning and formatting, database querying, statistical analysis, building and validating AI models, and deployment.
• Experience in developing or programming databases is beneficial.
• A good understanding of design and architecture principles is required.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Maths & Computing, Statistics, BioTech, BioStat, or Clinical Engineering with a specialization in Data Science / Machine Learning from a top-rated Tech University, IIT, or IIIT.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 7 years of exclusive, strong industry experience in real-world applied AI, ML, and Deep Learning Data Science projects within an early-stage AI Health startup. Candidates should have held roles such as a Principal Data Scientist or Sr. Data Scientist with full-stack responsibilities.
• Technical Expertise: Hardcore experience in ANN, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP. Must have completed at least 2-20 applied AI-oriented research projects and applications, with extensive experience working on ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning in digital health startups to solve complex problems.
