Job Role Responsibility Description

Benovymed Healthcare Private Ltd is seeking passionate individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join as Full Stack Data Scientists. This role involves end-to-end ownership of AI/ML projects, with a focus on applied AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, ANN, and CNN platforms. We are looking for candidates who can work independently or within a small Data Science team, demonstrating full ownership from problem definition to delivery. Prior experience in a reputed AI/Data Science-driven tech startup, preferably in healthcare, is highly valued.

Required Skillsets

• Statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling skills to develop algorithms and derive actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and visual, for presenting findings.
• Understanding of product development lifecycles and a commitment to ethical data handling, particularly concerning consumer privacy.
• A natural curiosity and a drive to deeply understand complex problems.
• Confidence and self-assurance to navigate ambiguous and uncertain situations.
• Proficiency in Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), AI conversational chatbots, and the ability to write required algorithms and code.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), NumPy, and PyTorch is preferred.

Qualification

B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Maths & Computing, Statistics, BioTech, BioStat, or Clinical Engineering with a specialization in Data Science or Machine Learning from top-rated tech universities, including IITs or IIITs.

Mandatory Requirement: Experience

• 0 to 7 years of strong industry experience in applied AI/ML & Deep Learning Data Science, specifically within early-stage AI Health startups. This experience should be from roles such as a single-handed full-stack Principal Data Scientist / Sr. Data Scientist.
• Demonstrated expertise in ANN, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP.
• A portfolio of at least 2-20 applied AI-oriented research projects and applications, with a focus on ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning solutions for complex problems in digital health startups.
