About the Role

We are looking for experienced professionals proficient in applied AI, Machine Learning (ML), Deep Learning (DL), Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), and Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN). You will be responsible for the complete data science lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ideally with experience in a reputed AI-driven tech startup, preferably in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling algorithms.
• Identify key questions and derive actionable insights from complex datasets.
• Communicate findings effectively through oral presentations and visual aids.
• Understand product development lifecycles and uphold ethical responsibilities, particularly concerning consumer data privacy.
• Proactively investigate and understand the root causes of problems.
• Confidently navigate and solve problems with a high degree of uncertainty.
• Design and code algorithms for Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) and AI conversational chatbots.
• Work with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), NumPy, and PyTorch.
• Engage with disciplines including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Hypothesis Testing.
• Clean, format, and query data from databases.
• Perform statistical analysis and build, validate, and deploy AI Data Models.
• Develop or program databases and understand design and architecture principles.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Education: B.Tech / M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Mathematics & Computing, Statistics, Biotechnology, Biostatistics, or Clinical Engineering with a specialization in Data Science or Machine Learning from a top-rated Tech University or IIT/IIIT.
• Experience: 0 to 7 years of exclusive, strong industry experience in applied AI, ML, and Deep Learning Data Science projects within an early-stage AI Health startup. Experience should be in roles such as Principal Data Scientist or Senior Data Scientist, demonstrating single-handed, full-stack capabilities.
• Technical Expertise: Hardcore proficiency in ANN, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP. A minimum of 2-20 applied AI-oriented research projects and applications with hands-on experience in ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning for solving complex problems in Digital Health startups is mandatory.
