About the Role:

We are seeking passionate and experienced individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset to join our team as full-stack Data Scientists. This is a critical, end-to-end role responsible for the delivery of Data Science projects, with a strong emphasis on applied AI, ML, and Deep Learning. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record in AI/ML platforms, specifically working in applied AI within the healthcare tech startup ecosystem, preferably in a solo or small team environment with full ownership of project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement statistical, mathematical, and predictive models to solve complex business problems.
• Communicate findings effectively through oral and visual presentations.
• Understand product development lifecycles and adhere to ethical responsibilities concerning consumer data privacy.
• Proactively investigate and understand the root cause of problems.
• Confidently navigate and resolve situations with a high degree of uncertainty.
• Develop and implement algorithms for AI conversational chatbots.
• Write and optimize code in relevant programming languages.
• Perform data cleaning, formatting, and querying of databases.
• Build, validate, and deploy AI Data Models.
• Develop or program databases and understand design and architecture principles.

Required Skillsets:

• Strong foundation in statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), AI conversational chatbots.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), NumPy, and PyTorch.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning (ML), Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Hypothesis Testing.
• Experience in data cleaning, formatting, database querying, and statistical analysis.
• Skills in building, validating, and deploying AI Data Models.
• Understanding of database development and design/architecture principles.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Maths & Computing, Statistics, BioTech, BioStat, or Clinical Engineering with a specialization in Data Science / Machine Learning from a top-rated Tech University, IIT, or IIIT.

Experience:

0 to 7 years of exclusive, strong industry experience in applied AI, ML, and Deep Learning Data Science within early-stage AI Health startups. This includes significant hands-on experience with ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning on at least 2-20 applied AI-oriented research projects and applications to solve complex problems.
