Benovymed Healthcare Private Limited is seeking passionate and entrepreneurial individuals for their Global Tech AI Health Startup. We are hiring for multiple roles including Principal Data Scientist, Senior Data Scientist, Data Scientist, Junior Data Scientist, Data Science Intern, and Machine Learning Engineer. As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will own end-to-end data science project delivery, working with applied AI, ML, deep learning, ANN, and CNN platforms. We are looking for individuals with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who excel as single-handed doers or in small, agile teams, preferably with experience in AI-driven tech startups within the healthcare sector.

Required Skillsets:

• Strong statistical, mathematical, and predictive modeling skills, coupled with business strategy acumen to build effective algorithms.
• Excellent oral and visual communication skills to present findings.
• Understanding of product development processes and a strong sense of ethical responsibility, particularly concerning consumer privacy in big data.
• A natural curiosity to deeply analyze problems and a confident, self-secure demeanor to navigate ambiguity.
• Proficiency in Artificial Neural Networks (ANN), AI conversational chatbots, and algorithm development.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, AWS (ML and DL), NumPy, and PyTorch is preferred.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Machine Learning, Conceptual Modeling, Statistical Analysis, Predictive Modeling, and Hypothesis Testing.
• Capabilities in data cleaning and formatting, database querying, statistical analysis, AI data modeling, model validation, and deployment.
• Experience in database development or programming and a good understanding of design and architecture principles.

Qualifications:

B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Maths & Computing, Statistics, BioTech, BioStat, or Clinical Engineering with a specialization in Data Science / Machine Learning from top-rated Tech Universities or IITs/IIITs.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 0 to 7 years of strong, hands-on industry experience exclusively in applied AI, ML, and Deep Learning Data Science within an early-stage AI Health startup. This experience should be at the level of a full-stack Principal Data Scientist or Sr. Data Scientist.
• Technical Depth: Must be hardcore in ANN, Deep Learning, Machine Learning, and NLP, with at least 2-20 applied AI-oriented research projects and applications. Significant experience working with ANN, CNN, RNN, and deep learning in digital health startups to solve complex problems is essential.
