Principal Data Engineer

We are seeking a Principal Data Engineer to join our team in Bengaluru/Bangalore, India. In this role, you will leverage your data engineering expertise to solve complex data flow challenges, integrating, modeling, and automating data pipelines and systems. You will be responsible for developing data integration pipelines, ensuring data security, implementing ETL and ELT processes, conducting quality engineering, and managing data operations. This position requires a strong ability to provide direction, plan effectively, and resolve issues. You will assist in problem resolution activities and planning sessions, acting as a thought leader within and outside the organization. This role involves recommending operational strategies with direct impact on results, influencing leadership decisions, and communicating with executive leadership on strategic matters. A degree and significant experience, or equivalent combined education and work experience, is typically required. Experience in technology or business-related functions is essential.
