Full Job Description
We are seeking a Principal Consultant – Full Stack Lead to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. This role involves designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade full-stack applications, with a strong focus on embedding GenAI capabilities within Azure and Databricks environments. You will play a pivotal role in creating next-generation applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
- Leverage extensive technical expertise in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby on Rails), along with database knowledge (MySQL, MongoDB).
- Design and develop scalable web applications aligned with client requirements and industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the full stack to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Optimize applications for scalability and efficiency, implementing rigorous testing and debugging best practices.
- Engage with clients to understand requirements and provide project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical guidance to junior developers.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, adhering to client standards and enterprise governance policies.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote standardization for enhanced efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Significant experience in software development as a full-stack developer.
- Certifications in React/Python or other relevant full-stack technologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building and maintaining web/mobile apps using React, Node.js, and Python APIs.
- Ability to integrate graph backends (Neo4j) for associate and network analysis.
- Expertise in ensuring production-grade scalability, testing, and monitoring.
- Hands-on experience with Neo4j, PostgreSQL, and NoSQL database technologies.
- Proficiency in Python, API design, and backend frameworks for enterprise applications.
- Experience in front-end development with modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue).
- Skills in integrating GenAI capabilities and AI-driven insights into full-stack applications.
- Ability to ensure seamless integration with data platforms, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Experience establishing best practices for code quality, security, performance optimization, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaboration experience with data engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Strong experience in Azure and Databricks environments.
- Understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Ability to guide and mentor UI development teams.
- Skill in translating business problems into data-driven solutions and communicating insights.
