About the Role
We are seeking Full Stack Software Engineers passionate about marrying data with emerging technologies to lead major transformations at Capital One. You will collaborate across Agile teams to design, develop, and support robust cloud-based solutions that serve millions of customers globally.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to build full-stack technical solutions using modern tools and technologies.
- Mentor the engineering community while staying ahead of tech trends through internal & external technology communities.
- Deliver scalable cloud-based experiences that drive financial empowerment for customers worldwide.
Qualifications:
Basic Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
At least 5 years of software engineering experience (internships do not count).
Preferred Experience:
• Java, Scala, Golang, React, Node, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Cloud platforms: AWS, GCP, Microsoft Azure (+1 year)
• Backend/APIs: REST, Spring Boot, GraphQL, Jenkins (+1 year)
• Agile methodologies and open-source frameworks
